If you are looking for some ugly creatures with nine tails or seven horns with beast face, NO this manga is not for you.
If you are looking for some cute pocket sized creatures, this manga certainly is not for you too.
This Monster is far more horrible than you thought. This Monster is inside you ….
If Mariah Carey could sing:
There’s a hero
If you look inside your heart …
Then Urusawa could tell you: There’s a Monster too …
Like my friend said:
It’s just awful when you think what a human being can do when your feeling’s just gone..
But I think their feeling not gone, it just hidden somewhere. Eventough they try to erase all of your memories, and erase all good emotions, they couldn’t do that. Human body and soul just too complex to be understood by a simpe creature called human.
One of my favourite character in this manga is Wolfgang Grimmer. He lost his memories, even doesn’t know his real name, but he remember all bout his friend (I don’t know if his friend, Adolf Reinhaart aka Roberto, remember about him) . He just know how to smile and don’t know what to express his emotions even when his son died.
I think this story’s not only horrible and full of mistery, but it kinda sad story too. I simply drop my tears when it come to the end of story when Grimmer …. (SPOILERS 
)
Yeah, Naoki Urusawa is one of my favourite mangaka. I don’t know if he just an illustrator or he writes the stories too.
